Our team inspected the walk-in cooler and found five double-pane glass sections. Two of them, located directly behind wooden rails, were not vacuum-sealed. This lack of a proper thermal barrier caused the dew point to shift to the wood-to-metal junction, resulting in moisture buildup and recurring wet spots on the exterior wall.
